1. Claims of product damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. 2. Items must be returned in resalable condition and within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for an exchange or refund(shipping charges are non-refundable). Please reference line #4 for the definition of resalable condition. Please note that your items do not qualify for an exchange or refund if they aren't in resalable condition. 3. Items must be in their original packaging with stickers applied reflecting the style name, number and size. 4. Resalable Condition: Items must not have been washed, worn, used, altered, soiled and remain suitable for restocking (must be free of dirt, lint, fragrances, cosmetics or deodorants). 5. To obtain an RA#(Return Authorization Number) for all exchanges and returns, please contact Yeah Baby at 1-888-972-6325 or info@yeahbabypl.com 6. Download and print the below return/exchange form and enclose it with a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip. Refunds will incur a 10% restocking fee. Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee as long as they are received in Resalable Condition as detailed above. All shipping costs incurred for exchanges and refunds are the customer’s responsibility. 7. All Sales are Final on Custom Orders and Embroidered items. |
