Uniforms - Claims of product damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return/exchange uniforms that are unworn and unwashed, within 21 days. Please return all Items in their original packaging.
Please complete our Return/Exchange Form and enclose it complete with a copy of your invoice and/or packing slip. Or simply contact us at 1-888-972-6325 and our customer support team will gladly assist you.
Returns/Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee providing they are received within 21 days and are in resalable condition and in their original packaging. Items must not have been washed or worn and remain suitable for restocking (must be free of dirt, lint, fragrances, cosmetics or deodorants). Items returned after 21 days may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%. Please be advised that all shipping/postage costs incurred for exchanges and refunds are the customer’s responsibility. For your own security, we recommend that packages are shipped by a carrier that can provide you with tracking information(UPS, FedEx). Please note that all Sales are Final on Custom Orders as well as Embroidered and Screenprinted items
